  • Classes are FREE with your membership.  Look for 45 minute fitness-filled classes, except for 60 minute BODYPUMP and STRONG by Zumba, and 30 minute Express classes designed to fit into your busy schedule.  Choose from a diverse schedule of Yoga, Indoor Cycling, TRX, and more!
