The Women’s Care Center has been serving the Erie community as well as western NY and northeastern Ohio since 1982. It is their mission to provide an affordable and safe place of comfort, support and health to individuals facing unplanned pregnancies, youth making lifestyle choices, wounded women in need of healing and childless couples. Gannon Students for Life often support the Women's Care Center as a means to help families, women and children in their community.

A total of 43 items valued at over $400 were donated on behalf of the group. Items included disposable diapers, clothing, baby bottles, pacifiers and burp cloths. "Your efforts and generosity will allow us to bless so many families," said Randy Newport, Executive Director of the Women's Care Center. Sarah White, Gannon Students for Life President, reported "We are so grateful for everything the Women's Care Center does for the community and we will continue to support them in our pro-life mission."
