Gannon University’s School of Education programs have been ranked among the most affordable programs offered by colleges across Pennyslvania, New York and New Jersey, according to EducationDegree.com.
The ranking is based on 90 different colleges in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania that offer affordable, bachelor-level teacher certification programs. Schools ranked as most affordable came in below the average per-credit tuition costs for each state.
Rankings also compare private-to-private and public-to-public schools and consider in-state tuition costs only.
According to the report, Gannon’s estimated cost per credit is $1,119. The University’s actual cost per credit for undergraduate education programs is $810, which is $406 less per credit than the state average for similar programs at private colleges.

The success of Gannon’s efforts is verified by our high job placement rate in today's competitive market and top scores on the professional exams. Of graduating seniors in the 2016-2017 academic year, 88% overall were immediately employed in their major field of study with 100% employment in early childhood and secondary education.
