    Kelly Corcoran 

    Kelly Corcoran

    Named “Best Classical Conductor” in 2015 by the Nashville Scene, Kelly Corcoran is a passionate advocate for the robust place of classical music in our lives and the lives of future generations.   Corcoran conducted the Nashville Symphony for nine seasons both as Associate Conductor and Director of the Symphony Chorus where she conducted the orchestra in hundreds of performances and was the primary conductor for the education and community engagement concerts.   Corcoran founded the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra thirteen years ago and continues to serve on the board. Corcoran is also Artistic Director of Intersection, a contemporary music ensemble dedicated to challenging the traditional concert experience with concerts for all ages.

      Charles Latshaw 

    Charles Latshaw

     Charles Latshaw is in his first season as the Music Director of the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra and since 2013 has been the director of the Kent/Blossom Music Festival and the Kent State University Orchestra. He previously served as artistic director and conductor of the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra in Indiana. Latshaw has also held conducting positions with the Indianapolis Symphony, Columbus Indiana Philharmonic, Washington Sinfonietta, and Ars Nova Chamber Orchestra. He was selected by members of the Vienna Philharmonic as the Herbert von Karajan conducting fellow in 2007. Latshaw’s performances are not limited to the podium. He has held the position of principal trumpet in orchestras in Ohio, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts and, he has performed with jazz bands as a trumpet player, vocalist, and band leader.

      Vincent Danner 

    Vincent Danner

     With a commanding energy, charisma and easy authority in music of all styles and periods, conductor Vincent L. Danner has performed with some of the finest orchestras and choral groups throughout the United States and Europe. Danner served as the Associate Conductor of the renowned Memphis Symphony Orchestra and Conductor of the Memphis Youth Symphony and has made outstanding guest conducting appearances with leading orchestras across the United States, including the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Charleston Symphony Orchestra, Charleston Pops, Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra and the Greater Bridgeport Symphony Orchestra.

     Bradley Thachuk

     Bradley Thachuk

    Canadian conductor Bradley Thachuk is the Music Director of the Niagara Symphony Orchestra (appointed in 2010) following a very successful nine year term as the Associate Conductor of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic (Indiana, USA). Previously, Thachuk held the position of Interim Music Director for the Prince George Symphony Orchestra in British Columbia. He has conducted orchestras and opera in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, the United States and Canada. Thachuk was the Opera Conductor for Miami University (Ohio), and he held the position of music director for the Brampton Symphony Orchestra in Ontario. In 2005, Thachuk was selected from an international field by legendary violinist/conductor Pinchas Zukerman and world-renowned conductor Jorma Panula to make his debut with the National Arts Centre Orchestra in Canada.

     Leslie Dunner

     Leslie Dunner

    Rated #1 by the Chicago Sun-Times for “Chicago’s best classical music/opera moments of 2013,” Leslie B. Dunner’s conducted South Shore Opera Company’s fall production of William Grant Still’s opera “Troubled Island.”  It was described as “The most history-making event of the year.” Dr. Dunner’s conducting appointments have included the New York Philharmonic, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and the Annapolis Symphony, among many others. Ballet engagements have included The American Ballet Theatre, New York City Ballet, the Washington, Orlando and Madison Ballets, and London's Royal Ballet at Covent Garden. Leslie B. Dunner is a clarinetist and composer, having played in the USA and Canada. His compositions have been successfully performed throughout the USA and abroad.
