UNIVERSITY HOUSING REQUIREMENT
All students under the age of 21 are REQUIRED to live ON CAMPUS
LIVING EXPENSES (OFF CAMPUS): AGE 21 OR OLDER
$6,000 living expenses are calculated using the average cost of rentals, within walking distance of the campus, with two people sharing expenses. Addition costs for clothing, personal items or internet/cable TV connection are not calculated in this cost.
UNIVERSITY MEDICAL/HEALTH INSURANCE REQUIREMENT- MANDATORY
All global students must enroll in a health-insurance program which provides coverage for injury and/or serious illness, repatriation, and medical evacuation at the appropriate minimum levels. Students must select from one of two options through Gannon. Students may waive out of University insurance by showing proof of comparable coverage from home; documentation of appropriate coverage must be presented prior to the waiver deadline to not incur the annual expense in University Insurance. Insurance rates and can be subject to change
TOTAL TUITION WITH OTHER COSTS REQUIRED TO ISSUE THE SEVIS FORM I-20
International applicants seeking F or J visa status MUST submit specific documentation of funds available for study at the university. If you are sponsored by your government, organization or company, a recent, original letter from the sponsor is required.
BILLING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Be prepared to pay your first semester costs in FULL upon arrival to Gannon University. It is recommended that you pay online through Flywire (see addition information contained in your acceptance packet) or at: https://payment.flywire.com/pay/payment. You may also pay with check or money order, in U.S. dollars only, payable to Gannon University. The Cashiers office does not accept CASH payments over $1,000 USD.
DO NOT delay the payment of your tuition! Pay by your arrival date or at the time of registration: YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE WILL BE CANCELLED FOR NONPAYMENT and your immigration status in the United States will be at risk.
Government or Agency sponsored students take your Financial Guarantee to the Cashier's Office, if your Financial Guarantee is not available at the time of registration, you will be required to make a tuition payment to prevent your class schedule from being deleted.
If a tuition overpayment has been made via Flywire, you may leave the credit on your student account for a future semester, or the overpayment will be returned to you via your Flywire account only.
