Dana M. Fallon '91

Dana Fallon’s entire career revolves around higher education of some sort. Since her time at Gannon, she has earned her Master of Education in Higher Education from Kent State University and Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. Combining her two degrees, Dana worked as a practicing attorney in Virginia, representing institutions of higher education, but currently holds the position of Associate Registrar at George Mason University School of Law.

Dana got her start as a leader while participating in the Student Government Association as an undergraduate at Gannon. “I spent many hours in the Student Government Office,” she says. “I probably learned more about how to deal with people and found a career in those hours than any other time.” From there, she became involved in Residence Life, acting as the Resident Advisor for Finnegan Hall and a member of Gannon’s Dance Marathon group, benefiting the Muscular Dystrophy Association. After graduation, Dana was an active members of Gannon University's National Alumni Board as a representative, Vice President and President. She is currently a member of the University's Board of Trustees to which she is "extremely honored to serve on Gannon's Board of Trustees," says Fallon. "I see it as a means to serve the students and alumni, as well as the wider Gannon community."

“Take advantage of the people and resources that Gannon has to offer you,” she advises recent alumni, “and don’t forget to go back as an alumnus to continue to benefit from the campus and the people!”
