My research interests are Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Tax Avoidance, and State Ownership. Specifically, I analyze the interactions between tax avoidance, corporate policies, and corporate governance. My teaching interests are Corporate Finance, FinTech Theory and Practice (Cryptocurrency, Algothrimic Trading, and Machine Learning), and Investments.
