I had been working for General Electric Transportation (a Wabtech company) in Erie through an embedded subcontractor, QuEST Global, on their Independent Test Team as a Validation and Verification Engineer, working specifically as Senior Lead Engineer helping to automate portions of their locomotive software testing process. (Who would have ever thought I would get to be an engineer on a locomotive!?) I left that job for one that was closer to my Guys Mills home. I now work in Sandy Lake at Spang Power Electronics, a division of Spang & Company, in a newly-created role as Systems Test Engineer.
