Duquesne Accelerated Pharmacy Program

  • Program Overview

Gannon University in collaboration with Duquesne University School of Pharmacy offers a competitive six-year doctor of pharmacy degree. The pre-pharmacy early entry program allows academically qualified students to attend Gannon for only two years of pre-pharmacy before transferring to Duquesne's School of Pharmacy for four years, allowing for completion of a doctor of pharmacy degree. The early entry program is open to students who enter the program as freshmen and complete two years of their undergraduate work at Gannon University. Because of this special affiliation with Duquesne University, selected students (4 conditionally guaranteed slots) are given preferential consideration in admission to the professional phase of the Program at Duquesne University.
