One of the submission requirements for a complaint is that the complainant follow all institutional grievance and review policies before filing a complaint to the CAA. Every possible attempt is made to resolve complaints and grievances within the Speech-Language
Pathology program using the grievance procedures listed in the Gannon University Institutional Policy Manual (IPM) and Student Handbook.
