Deaner and Guelcher meeting rooms accommodate ten guests at boardroom style seating. The meeting spaces support telephone line, internet, and Gannon University intranet access. Via the use of our portable LCD projector, projection screen, and laptop inventory, Deaner and Guelcher can also be appointed to accommodate webcasts and electronic media conferencing.

Guelcher Room: Capacity: 10 Rate(s): $100/day, $50/hr

Two medium-sized meeting spaces make up the Waldron Campus Center’s 219 (Pietraszek and Stubler rooms). Room 219 supports lectures and presentations via computer equipped dais with internet access, an automated, networked video projection system, and an installed sound reinforcement system complete with computer dais audio feeds, and both wired and wireless microphones.

Room 219: Capacity: 90 Rate(s): $500/day, $250/hr

Pietraszek and Stubler are the two medium-sized meeting spaces that make up the Waldron Campus Center’s 219. Separately, each room accommodates 45 guests seated classroom style with chairs and tables, theater style with chairs only, or any combination of the two. Both spaces support lectures and presentations via computer equipped dais with internet access, an automated, networked video projection system, and an installed sound reinforcement system complete with computer dais audio feeds, and both wired and wireless microphones.

When the wall dividing the two spaces is folded away and stored out of sight, the two rooms join to become the 219 suite. All the technological support remains, but seating capacity is expanded to ninety.

Pietraszek Room: Capacity: 45 Rate(s): $250/day, $125/hr

Stubler Room: Capacity: 45 Rate(s): $250/day, $125/hr

The Wright Room supports telephone line, internet, and Gannon University intranet access. Via the use of our portable LCD projector, projection screen, and laptop inventory, Wright can also be appointed to accommodate webcasts and electronic media conferencing. Seating and tables can be arranged in a number of patterns, but the standard Wright Room configuration seats 20 guests comfortably around an open square boardroom.

Wright Room: Capacity: 20 Rate(s): $150/day, $75/hr

Club LaRiccia is a large but intimate club-style venue with a seating capacity of two hundred fifty. The Club features a stage with theater lighting and a small but powerful installed concert-style sound reinforcement system. The Club’s accommodations, as well as its close proximity to Gannon University’s food service facility, make it a convenient spot for parties, concerts, and informal get-togethers.

Club LaRiccia: Capacity: 250 Rate(s): $200/day, $100/hr

The Yehl Ballroom is Gannon University’s premiere banquet and meeting space. Its size, beautiful windows, lighting, and elegant appointments are breathtaking. Yehl supports seating for three hundred, state of the art technological support featuring computer dais, internet access, cable television access, projector, large format projection screen, and an installed sound system perfect for speaking engagements, playing background audio program music, and capable of light musical ensemble reinforcement.

Yehl Ballroom: Capacity: 300 Theatre Seating, 250 Banquet Seating Rate(s): $500/day, $250/hr
