Virtual Tour of Zurn Hall
The Zurn Science Center houses two auditoriums along with several labs and numerous classrooms and departmental offices. Located in Zurn are Science and Engineering programs and Information Technology Services.

Any registered Gannon student may use the Zurn PC labs at no charge. Software available through the labs includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access), and specialized software required by faculty. The labs have laser printers, and a desktop publishing station. In addition, students have access to the Internet, email, and the World Wide Web.

The Computer Integrated Enterprise and Computer Integrated Manufacturing Center (CIE/CIM) was developed with a half-million dollar grant from IBM. This facility provides experience in all aspects of computer use in industrial design, manufacturing, and production. The Center provides unique opportunities for Gannon students by involving them in projects and consultation opportunities with local industries.

The Mathematics program utilizes modern software methods for solving problems on the latest computer systems.

The Zurn Science Center's Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, and Environmental Science labs are well-equipped. The Biology and Chemistry facilities are a key factor in successfully preparing students for medical school. Over the last several years, more than 90% of Gannon applicants have been accepted into health professional schools. We are very proud of the fact that this is higher than the national average.
