Break Form

This form must completed and emailed to studentliving@gannon.edu or printed and returned to the Student Living Office by October 9, 2009 at 4pm. Late forms or not turning in a form can result in charges of up to $45. The forms are necessary because of safety, fire and risk management reasons.
