GANNON'S MOSLEY SCORES SIX POINTS
IN NCAA DIVISION II ALL-STAR GAME
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Gannon’s Vince Mosley (Boynton Beach,
Fla./Dillard) scored six points in the National Association of Basketball
Coaches (NABC) Division II All-Star Game Friday night at the Naismith Hall
of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts. The game was played in conjunction
with the NCAA Division II Elite Eight.
Mosley scored six points for the West All-Star team, which dropped a 103-97
decision to the East All-Star team. The senior forward was 3-of-7 from the
field while recording four rebounds and one steal. He scored all six points
in the second half, including a dunk with 9:24 to play that snapped a 68-68
tie.
Kentucky Wesleyan’s Jeff Fahnbulleh was named MVP of the West All-Stars while
Millersville’s Charlie Parker earned the honors for the East All-Stars. Fahnbulleh
recorded 21 points and seven rebounds, hitting 10-of-17 shots from the field.
Parker led the East scoring with 18 points, converting 8-of-13 attempts.
