Ad Hoc Committees

Ad hoc committees are listed below.

Homecoming Committee

This committee shall plan, organize, and build a homecoming float and/or banner, which SGA members would participate in either dancing on the float, or carrying the SGA banner. This is a first semester only committee.

Datebook/Handbook Committee

This committee shall gather information from different publishing companies to provide an effective tool for the Gannon community to use during the academic school year. This committee primarily works during the second semester; however, it will also be responsible for developing and carrying out an effective plan of action to distribute the fall handbook issue.

Sub-Committee for Student Development

During the 2002-03 academic year, SGA received a unique opportunity to play a part in the higher structure of Gannon's administration. SGA continues to play an active role in the administration by being able to advise the University Board of Trustee's Sub-Committee. This advising is done so that the student voice may be heard at the highest level. The committee only allows the President of SGA to vote while three other representatives are able to sit as advisees to this sub-committee.
