gannon university faculty, administration, and staff  believe that we are all educators.  we are working together to give you the best possible gannon university education.  research in student development indicates that the time spent outside classrooms and labs can enhance your education.  therefore, we program activities for you that continue the learning process and enhance the education you receive in gannon classrooms.   however, the only way for you to take advantage of this value added process is to get involved in the many opportunities offered.  as a first year student, the choice to get involved could be one of the best and most important decisions you make.  i am sure that all of those upperclassmen who are involved will continue to do so because of the good experiences they have had.
