- The Work Group was asked to review Goals I-VI of the University Strategic Plan to identify objectives that could be most-effectively achieved through the application of technology. Keeping in mind questions like:
- How could technology help us achieve an objective better, faster, or cheaper?
- How could technology foster a paradigm shift (making new things possible)?

Assignment #1: IT Strategic Vision Document with Input from Work Group
- The Work Group was asked to review the IT Strategic Vision Document, developed in 2002, and identify which items should remain high priorities in the coming 3-5 years as well as modify or add objectives.
