·        Prioritized technology-related Unit Plans and presented top four to Provost Council and Finance & Administration Directors.  The top four inclu= ded:

o      = University Web Master – university-funded

o      = Augmentation of Digital Dais Replacement Cycle – university-funded

o      = Secondary Source Evaluation Software – not funded

o      = Alumni On-Line Community – funded through department and TAC

·        Allocated TAC funds for FY08.

o      = Augment Digital Dais Replac= ement Cycle ($21,000)

o      = Address Correction Software – licenses and batch correction ($10,400)

o      = Document Imaging for Financ= ial Aid ($23,000)

o      = New Alumni On-line Communit= y ($3,020)

·        Recommended changes to registration process = to alleviate on-line registration issues.

·        Recommended implementation of emergency broadcast messaging.

 

Future Tas= ks

·        Develop and prioritize technology-related Un= it Plans for FY09.

·        Allocate FY09 TAC funds.

·        Develop and publish the 2008-2013 Information Technology Strategic Plan.

·        Encourage active committee participation from student representatives.
