Vista Wireless Setup Instructions

1) Open the Start Menu and select Network

2.) Click on ‘Network and Sharing Center’

3.) Click on link to ‘Connect to a network’

4.) Select GannonA (or GannonR) and click the Connect button

5.) Notification pop-up window will appear - Click ‘Connect Anyway’

6.) Wait while your PC connects to Gannon’s wireless network

7.) Another pop-up window will appear once the connection has been made. If available, select the checkboxes to easily reconnect to our wireless network in the future.

You are now connected to our wireless network, but you MUST continue through the steps below to obtain access to internet resources.

8.) Open Internet Explorer. You will get the following error message. Select to ‘Continue to this website’ to access our authentication page.

9.) Enter your network credentials to gain complete internet access:
