Help Desk Support for Students
Support for student computers is limited to problems running or installing our antivirus software or connecting your PC to our network. All other software/hardware problems should be directed to your computer manufacturer or your local computer repair business.
Students With Mac Computers
There are known compatibility issues with some of our websites and Mac's default browser, Safari. Mozilla's Firefox browser may be used to access these sites, but the graphical user interface may not display properly. Macintosh users can download the Firefox browser directly from their site: www.mozilla.com.
Internet Connections
Gannon provides wireless and Ethernet access to students across campus.

In order to access Gannon's network, all computers in the residence halls are required to have our managed Norton Antivirus software provided by the University. This software is also available to students living off-campus. You can download it from the right-side menu.
