GUConnect
is the package of voice, data, and video (TV) services available to students
in all campus housing. Part of your technology fee goes to support GUConnect.
Services include:

Voice --
Gannon provides local phone service to all students in campus housing.
Phone numbers are allocated one per every four students. Students must provide
their own phones. If you would like
Voice Messaging in your room, you
will need an answering machine.

Gannon provides a 10/100 Mb ethernet network connection to every student in
campus housing. This connection is provided under the conditions of the
Responsible
Computer Use policy.

Wireless Networking
is
available in all residence halls. Any student with a wireless network card
will be able to access the Internet or Gannon's Network from anywhere in their
room. Please note that the wired Network/Internet Connection provided for
each student remains the highest speed option for students.

Video
Over 30
channels of cable TV are available to every student in campus housing.
