You will
continue to call the Gannon HelpDesk at 814-871-7501 for questions concerning
your Gannon account and remote access to Gannon’s systems.
Note:
Dial-in access to your network space and GU Share are now available at the
myGannon portal from both the student resources, and faculty & staff resources
tabs.

Gannon's dial-in service is for the use of its faculty, staff and students in their academic endeavors.
Dial-in connections are subject to a 20 minute inactivity timeout and a 4 hour general timeout.
the PC’s dial-in setup
must be changed to reflect a new password. After initiating a dial-in session,
when the username/password window pops up, click on the password field and
enter your updated password. Click on OK.
