301 West 5th Street apartments are comprised of a variety of one and two person apartments. Each apartment contains a large living room, fully functional kitchen, and there are laundry machines in the basement. The bedroom comes with a bed, dresser, desk with chair, and closet.
301 West 5th Street (Myrtle and West 5th streets)
632 Sassafras consists of one and two person apartments and is located directly next to the Schuster Theatre and across the street from the Nash Library. The Harborview staff oversees the needs of these students.
632 Sassafras (West 7th and Sassafras Streets)
Each apartment has a kitchen with full sized stove, refrigerator and includes a dining table. There is one bedroom in each apartment that will include a bed, dresser, desk with chair, and closet for each resident. There is also a living room with at least a sofa, lounge chair, two end tables, and a coffee table.
The washers and dryers in the building are pre-set to be free of charge to all residents!
Walker is located across the street from the Waldron Campus Center and a short walk from both A.J. Palumbo Academic Center and Zurn Science Center thus making it one of the most centrally located upperclassman buildings on campus. The building is shared with WERG radio and The Gannon Knight office. Each apartment comes with air conditioning. It is also a block away from Perry Square and the various shops and stores along State Street. Each apartment accommodates two or three people.
701/703 Peach (West 7th and Peach Streets)
Each apartment contains either two bedrooms that will have one bed and at least one dresser, desk with chair, and wardrobe/closet. The living room is furnished with a sofa, lounge chair, two end tables, and a coffee table. There is a full sized stove and refrigerator in the kitchen with a dinette set in either the kitchen or living room, depending on kitchen size. There is a laundry facility on the first floor of the building and the machines are pre-set to be free of charge for residents. A small lounge is located on the second floor for larger gatherings.
These recently renovated apartments are specifically for Graduate students and vary in size from one-person to three-person. They are closest to the Robert H. Morosky and A.J. Palumbo Academic and the Zurn Science Centers. For the graduate student that may have family commitments, this would be the perfect environment to seek your next degree while maintaining those responsibilities.
202/204/208 West 8th Street (West 8th and Sassafras Streets)
Each apartment contains a kitchen that includes a full sized stove and refrigerator as well as a dining table. The living room will have at least one sofa and lounge chair as well as various amounts of end and coffee tables. A few of the apartments have a bar-like countertop between the kitchen and living room.
This building provides different housing configurations ranging from one-person to five-person apartments. The building is split into two stacks with the laundry room in the basement being a connecting point. There is a live-in staff member from the Office of Residence Life.
258 West 6th and 529 Myrtle (West 6th and Myrtle Streets)
The apartments are very spacious with at least one kitchen,
living room, and bathroom, and as many as four bedrooms. Each
bedroom includes a bed, dresser, desk with chair, and wardrobe for
each resident and in some cases may include a closet as well. Each
living room comes with a sofa, lounge chair, two end tables, and a
coffee table. The kitchens come with a full sized stove and
refrigerator and will either have a dinette set or a separate

lounge in the basement with large amounts of seating and work
space for the large study groups. Limited off-street parking is
provided behind the building.
