This building provides different housing configurations ranging from one-person to five-person apartments. The building is split into two stacks with the laundry room in the basement being a connecting point. There is a live-in staff member from the Office of Student Living.
258 West 6th and 529 Myrtle (West 6th and Myrtle Streets)
The apartments themselves are very spacious and contain at least one kitchen, living room, and bathroom as well as many as four bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a bed, dresser, desk with chair and wardrobe for each resident and in some cases may include a closet as well. Each living room comes with a sofa, lounge chair, two end tables, and a coffee table. The kitchens come with a full sized stove and refrigerator and will either have a dinette set or a separate dining room.
The laundry room in the basement is pre-set to be free of charge to residents while also including a vending machine. There is also a study lounge in the basement with large amounts of seating and work space for the large study groups. Limited off-street parking is provided behind the building.
