If the external media (local, regional or national print or electronic broadcast) contacts a Gannon colleague or student directly for an interview, please alert Nick Pronko, Media Relations Officer, at 7471 or Karla Wluydga, Director of Public Relations and Communications, at 7470 immediately and before you agree to the interview. The Communications staff will be glad to advise and assist on handling media queries. As a courtesy, please also inform the Communications office of internal media queries from The Gannon Knight and/or WERG-FM.

Also, if a Gannon University faculty, staff member or student wishes to contact the media to promote a University-sponsored event and/or subjects in their areas of academic expertise, please contact the Communications staff first so that we may best assist you.
