Serve With a Group

Contact (814) 871-7434 for more information.

Alpha Phi Omega is a coed national service fraternity that has a local chapter on Gannon's campus. Members participate in a variety of projects including national, regional, and sectional conferences; carrying out service projects, such as serving meals at the City Mission; and participating in retreats. The fraternity is based on the principles of leadership, friendship, and service.

Social Concerns Club members develop leadership skills and awareness of social justice issues. The club has chosen to focus on issues of poverty, homelessness, and domestic violence awareness. Weekly service projects, Hunger and Homelessness Week, and Take Back the Night are ongoing projects for the group. New members are always welcome.

Voice for Peace focuses on peace and justice issues on and off campus.

Fridays at the Cafe is an after school program for inner city kids. It's a place for them to play, to get help with their homework, and to eat a hot meal. Join us whenever your schedule is open! Participants meet at the Gannon Arch at 2:45 PM on Fridays.
