Each year the Center for Social Concerns sponsors Alternative Break Service Trips to depressed areas of the country. The trips are based on the four cornerstones of service, community, reflection, and simplicity.
The focus of these trips is to develop an awareness of social injustices and poverty, to serve others, and to reflect on those experiences through journal writing and group discussion. For more information, please call (814) 871-7434.
