Interlibrary Loan Service Interlibrary loan is a service offered to Gannon University students, faculty and staff by which materials, not owned by the Library, are obtained from other libraries. There are no fees involved for borrowing books. Students pay $2.00 per article request. It generally takes 10 days for materials to come in. You will be contacted via phone when the ILL(s) arrive. Materials are to be picked up at the Reference Desk. Articles are yours to keep. Books will have a loan period of anywhere from 2 weeks to one month. Books should be brought back to the Reference Desk when returned. All requests must be put in writing. The necessary forms may be picked up at the Reference Desk. All fees are due at the time of the request(s).
