History

• Founded in 1980. Organization was originally called "Gannon University Secretarial & Clerical Association (GUSCA).
• Members of the Maintenance and Security Staffs joined the organization in 1991.
• Name was changed to Gannon University Support Staff Association (GUSSA).

Our Purpose

• To represent the interests of support staff members in dealings with University administration.
• To provide a social connection to support staff members.
• To further the Mission of Gannon University.
• To serve, whenever possible, the Gannon and Erie communities.

Membership

• Open to all regular full-time and part-time clerical and maintenance staff.
