Lost or Stolen Cards 

Lost or Stolen cards should be deactivated immediately by one of the following means:

1. On-line- Deactivate your card on-line from the main page of Gannon's Portal at http://my.gannon.edu , your network ID and password are required.  If your card is found before you have it replaced, your card can be reactivated.

2. Contact the Office of Campus Police and Safety to have the card deactivated.  Direct calls to (814) 871-7000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It is the individual card holder's responsibility to deactivate the card as soon as possible.  A replacement card can be purchased at the Campus Police and Safety Office, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

GU Gold funds from the original card will automatically be carried over to the new card once purchased.
