PICTURE OF THE WEEK
National Catholic Colleges Week: Most Rev. Bishop Donald Trautman on Thursday joined the Gannon Community for an Evening of Recollection as part of the university’s celebration of National Catholic Colleges Week. During his welcome in the Mary, Seat of Wisdom Chapel, the Bishop told the participating faculty and staff that “The Lord knows our personal sufferings. Jesus too experienced weariness, discouragement, and disillusionment. But he persisted and persevered.” The celebration also included adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, a guest speaker, Dr. Michael Galligan-Stierle of the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities, and Archbishop Gannon Day. |
