WHO'S WHO AMONG STUDENTS IN AMERICAN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES

DEADLINE:  Return completed application by Monday, October 27, 2008 to the Office of Student Development, Gannon University, Student Services Building, 111 West 5th, Lower Level, Erie, PA 16541 or to the Waldron Campus Center Information Desk.

ELIGIBILITY: For consideration, applicants must be a Gannon University enrolled student of Junior (62 credits completed) or Senior status with an overall QPA of 3.0 or better; or graduating with a master’s degree with an overall QPA of 3.5 or better.

TO THE NOMINEE: Selection is very competitive as this prestigious recognition is a lifelong honor given to a limited number of Gannon students each year. Please complete this application thoroughly by listing all relevant information from your undergraduate college years in the four categories below and sign where indicated. (Attach additional pages to this application if necessary.) Also in order for your application to be considered, the Gannon University faculty member or administrator nominating you must complete the appropriate section of this application and sign where indicated.

A Selection Committee will review applications for demonstrated overall academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in co-curricular activities, and potential for success.  Up to 61 students will be selected at Gannon and recommended for acceptance by Who's Who National Honors Program.  Certificates will be awarded in Spring 2009.

If you have been accepted into Who's Who at Gannon University, you need not apply again. Contrary to the practice of many high schools, Gannon’s tradition is to bestow this honor only once during a student’s undergraduate experience (either Junior or Senior year.)
