When is the Last Day to Drop a Course?

  • How does one receive Enrollment Verification?

  • We verify enrollment for current students. Forms are available in our office or the student can mail or fax a request to us. Our fax number is (814)-871-5870.

  • What is the Final Exam Schedule?

  • How can one receive their final grades?

  • We cannot release grades over the phone.  Students can also find their grades by using Gannon's webpage GUXpress. They may be given in person to a student with photo ID. Final grades are given to students with financial holds but transcripts are not.
     
  • How and when to apply for Graduation?

  • Application should be done in person in the Registrar's Office by May 30 th for December graduation and by November 14 th for May and August graduation. The $80 graduation fee will appear on the Fall bill for December graduates and on the Spring bill for May and August graduates. If you apply late the fee must be paid at the time of application. We cannot guarantee that your name will be printed in the program or that your diploma will be received on time if you apply late. Diplomas are not released to students with Financial Holds.
     
  • How can you contact a current student?

  • You can go on Gannon's webpage GUXpress and locate a current student's email address. Or you may contact the Security Office at (814)871-7000. Make sure that you know the spelling of the student's name before you contact the office for a phone number.
     
  • How to request a Transcript?

  • The student's authorization and written signature are needed to release a transcript. The student can request the transcript in person at the Registrar's Office; or download and print a transcript request application (below); or write a letter addressed to the Registrar's Office, 109 University Square, Erie, PA 16541; or can FAX the request to 814-871-5870.

    Include name, ID Number, Birthdate, whether graduated or not, year last attended, former names used, return address, and phone number where the student can be reached during the day. Give us the name and address where you want us to send the transcript.

    There is no fee for Transcripts. Transcripts are not released for students with any Financial Holds.
