• Complete content must be submitted along with the appropriate work order before design will begin.

• Please have content proofed / spellchecked before submission.  This will save time in your proofing stage and therefore speed along the process.

• Gannon Press is not responsible for writing copy or for grammatical errors or misspellings that are not corrected in the proofing stage.

• A maximum of 3 free proofs will be given.

• Turn around time will be based on design schedule.

• Appointments must be scheduled with designer and / or director to discuss projects.

• Design must be approved before a print date is scheduled.
