The Gannon Press Printing service is located in the lower level of the Palumbo Academic Center in room B001.  It is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m.

Three presses are available:

A 2 color Heidelberg Printmaster Press, maximum image size 17.72" X 12.99" with a maximum sheet size of 12" X 18".

A Multilith 1250, maximum image size 10.5" X 16" on an 11" X 17" sheet.  Two or three ink colors are available on these presses.

A Heidelberg QMDI Digital Full Color Press.  Maximum image size 17.72" X 12.99".  Maximum sheet size is 12" X 18".  This machine delivers high quality - full color work.  Jobs for this press must be designed by one of the Universities graphic designers, due to the quality of the files needed for the smooth operation of the press.  

In-house offset printing can offer a considerable cost savings to your department, but must be reserved in advance.

As a rule of thumb, the delivery date of your project will be approximately 10 working days after we receive the final approval of the copy. ( Please see heading of Lead Time Guidelines.) 

Printing requests include University stationary, envelopes, carbonless forms, business cards, post cards (business reply must be reviewed with US Postal Service to verify accuracy), publications, direct mail pieces, posters, invitations, programs, etc.

Please call 871-5604 to schedule an appointment with the Director of the Press to discuss all customized requests. Submission of complete details/content at least 4 weeks in advance of due date (depending upon specifications) is a common practice. 

No printing jobs will be scheduled without a completed PRINTING WORK ORDER.
