is the University’s student newspaper and regularly publishes details regarding criminal incidents on campus, crime prevention techniques, and other security matters. The University e-mail system is used to notify students and employees of changes in policies and general notifications. Students, parents, and employees may call 871-5555 for any emergency messages concerning weather, event cancellations, and miscellaneous information which are deemed appropriate. When emergencies arise, which may immediately affect students and staff, all means of communicating the emergency notice shall be used to notify them, including, but not limited to, e-mail, telephone, written notice, and personal contact.
Additionally, security policies and procedures are provided to every person who submits an application for admission to the University, to every new employee at the time of employment and annually to all students and employees. Crime statistics for the most recent three-year period are available upon request at the Office of Campus Police and Safety and on this site:
