Human Resources Department Mission:  To support the efforts of the Gannon community as it serves the needs of our student population.  Specific functions include accurate and timely administration of compensation and benefits, employment, employee relations, affirmative action, staff development, policy development and application, and employee communications.  We  strive to administer these functions in a fair and equitable manner that reflects a respect of diversity, the worth of the individual colleague, and complies with federal, state and local statutes.
