General lending rules:
- Equipment is lent to Gannon personnel (faculty,
staff, and students) only.
- An Equipment Loan Agreement must be signed
before equipment leaves the ITS department, some equipment may require
faculty authorization.
- Digital cameras may not be signed out overnight
by students.
- Students must present a valid Gannon ID.
- Returned equipment must be checked in by an ITS
staff member.
- No equipment may be reserved for more than 48
hours, unless by special arrangement.
- First come, first served.
Nash Library
-- this equipment is available by request. Call Bob Sparks at x 7348
or go to Nash Library (x7553) to reserve. Students must present a
current Gannon ID.
Palumbo 3000
-- this equipment is available by request. 48hr notice is required for
all equipment setup or loan requests. Please call the ITS Helpdesk x7501, or
email the request to
ITSHELPDESK, or go to Zurn 123 to reserve.
Reservation forms must be used. Students must present a current Gannon ID.
