GANNON ADMISSIONS OFFICE SELECTED FOR NATIONAL MERIT AWARD

Gannon University’s Office of Admissions recently was honored.

The Office of Admissions’ Diocesan scholarship poster has been chosen for a merit award in the 20th annual Admissions Advertising Awards competition.

Gannon’s award came in the “poster” category of the competition, the largest national awards competition for educational advertising. Designed to promote Gannon scholarships for students in the Diocese of Erie’s parishes and Catholic high schools, the poster highlights the university’s Catholic heritage through numerous images, including that of the Mary, Seat of Wisdom Chapel.

Gannon’s poster was judged against entries from schools nationally with total student enrollments of between 2,000 and 4,999. The award was the Office of Admissions’ third in seven years in the competition.

Tungsten Creative Group, an Erie advertising agency, designed the poster.
