TUITION EXCHANGE PROGRAM OPEN TO GANNON COLLEAGUES

Gannon University participates in the Council of Independent Colleges Tuition Exchange Program, a network of CIC colleges and universities that accept, tuition-free, students from families of full-time employees of other CIC-TEP institutions. Through this program, Gannon University offers three full tuition awards each year to new undergraduates from other colleges and universities.

Any Gannon dependent who qualifies for tuition remission at Gannon may apply for the CIC-TEP at any of the more than 300 member institutions. Each participating institution must accept three freshmen each year. If more than three students apply to a participating institution, that school is only required to select three. Apply early because some institutions accept on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Students selected by a member institution for CIC-TEP will be able to continue in the program as long as they continue to meet the requirements of the program and host institution.

This year, three children of Gannon colleagues are participating in the CIC-TEP and are to be congratulated for their achievements:

Megan Comstock – St. Bonaventure University – daughter of Thomas Comstock, assistant professor, management.

Tabitha Daellenbach – Marymount Manhattan College – daughter of Laurie Wehman, programmer analyst.

William Giles – Westminster College – son of Dr. Terry Giles, professor, Theology.

According to Tom, Laurie, and Terry, their children are enjoying the opportunity afforded them by the exchange program.

For more information about the program, contact Christopher Tremblay at ext. 5759 or Cindy Mancini at ext. 7145, or visit www.cic.edu.
