a coin.

that have not been renewed will be posted outside the Office of Student
Living.

Guaranteed Housing
Rates for University Owned Housing
Gannon will once again be offering students
a guaranteed housing rate in University housing only. This excludes the
Boston Store and Harborview apartments. This arrangement is available to
students who remain on campus for consecutive semesters after their
sophomore year or fourth semester on campus. Students who received the
guaranteed rate for this past year will receive the same rate for the 05-06
school year, provided the housing contract is for the same number of months.
This year’s sophomores will receive the same rate for next year, provided
the contract period is the same number of months.
Over-21 Housing
Students will be able to apply for Over-21
housing status at the start of the fall semester, August 2009. Forms will
be made available to residents when they pick up keys at check-in in
August. Qualified students will be required to abide by all of the rules
that have been developed for Over-21 housing.
Stage III

lottery is mainly for freshmen, but upperclassmen can also be involved. The
upperclassmen can be individuals who do not have enough people to fill an

does not have enough people to fill an apartment, they will go to the bottom
of the lottery process and will have a person(s) added to the group. The
lottery is basically“luck of the draw”
