Welcome!
Your health is largely in your control. The employee Wellness Program that many
on campus are talking about places you in the driver’s seat and is an exciting
venture into improving your quality of life.
The wellness initiative is a comprehensive program designed to address many areas
including physical activity, nutrition, obesity, stress, smoking, alcohol,
office ergonomics, and health promoting behaviors for employees and their
spouses. This program was developed and is maintained through the cooperation of Gannon faculty and
staff and with the support of the Highmark Health Network and assistance from
Hamot Hospital.
