Mrs. Kanter, a former classroom teacher, began her career as a Learning Specialist for Students with Learning Disabilities (PSLD) in 1987. She also was an Instructor for Gannon University’s School of Education. Jane has a B.A. in Sociology, a Pennsylvania Certification in Education and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a charter member of Phi Zeta, Gannon University’s professional Educational Society, a chapter of Kappa Delta Pi, the International Honor Society in Education. She is a former member of the Board of Directors for ChADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder) of Erie County.
