Volunteer Hours:: The following forms are for use by entering students to keep record of their required 40 hours of volunteer time. This 40 hours should ideally be spread over several settings and age groups of clients. These hours are required for OCCT201 - Introduction to the OT Process and must be completed by mid-term, Fall of your Freshman year, though earlier completion is highly recommended. Forms are in Word format. Note that use of these forms is not required, as long as hours are verified and journaled.
