The Indian Student Association is student-directed sub-group of the International Student Association of Gannon University.
It is led by a Men’s and Women’s elected representative who take leadership roles in guiding and advocating for the Indian community at Gannon. Currently these posts are open until elections in Spring Semester 2010.
The Indian Student Association provides many services to the Indian community, including:


The majority of Gannon's international student population comes from India.
The Erie area has a large community of Indians known as the Erie Indian Assocation. They celebrate many occasions such as Independence Day, Garba Nights, Diwali, and Republic Day. They also participate in cultural events in the Erie area, such as the Erie Heritage Festival.
Muslim Indians will find the Erie Islamic Society provides the opportunity for worship at Mosque. There is also a small room set aside for Islamic prayer in the International Student Office's lounge area.
Hindu temples are located in the nearby cities of Pittsburgh, Rochester, and Cleveland.
Christian students will find a wide range of welcoming churches in the Erie area.
