PROGRAM OUTCOMES AND ASSESSMENT :

Program outcomes and program educational objectives relationship :

         The program outcomes for the curricula (see Figure 4) are correlated to the program educational objectives. Table 10 defines the correlation between the program objectives and the program outcomes. Our department has adopted the ABET (a) – (k) as part of the program outcomes and includes three department-specific competencies that derive from the IEEE program criteria. The department faculty went through a series of discussions to identify and correlate these outcomes with the program objectives.
