OPERATIONAL FLOW OF THE PROGRAM ASSESSMENT PROCESS:

 

        The integration of our web-based survey/reporting tool augments the program assessment process. Consequently, there are a number of additional activities included in the operational flow of the assessment process. The below flow diagram depicts the entire operational flow of this process, which is repeated annually.
