Our dynamic faculty has extensive backgrounds in policing, law/ courts, corrections, probation, parole, juvenile justice, terrorism, and crime mapping.

Our faculty members have diverse research interests (female offenders, graffiti, criminology, terrorist groups, domestic threat groups, personality assessments, and pedagogical strategies). Many faculty members serve (or have served) on various local, state, national and regional boards including the Northeastern Association of Criminal Justice Sciences (NEACJS), the Drug and Alcohol Commission and the City of Erie Anti-Graffiti Taskforce.
