Clearances

Upon application, all Community Counseling Program applicants must present clear copies of the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History clearance and the Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check clearance (as per Pennsylvania Acts 33 & 34). Applicants with documented criminal or abuse records will be evaluated on an individual basis for their appropriateness in the program. Clearances MUST be obtained for a second time during the semester immediately preceding Practicum. School field experiences also require the fingerprint clearance.
