Applying

Submit a 1,000 word essay on “the contributions of William G. McGowan to today’s business world in general, and to the telecommunications filed in particular.” (www.mcgowanfund.org, 2/12/07)

• Your cover page must include:
• Your name
• “Gannon University”
• Your campus and home addresses
• Your phone numbers at both addresses
•  A letter of recommendation from a Business faculty member is also required.
•  Your essay and letter must be submitted in Beyer 317 on or before March 19^th, 2008 by 4:00 P.M.  A faculty panel will read all materials and determine the scholarship winner.

• Proofread, edit, revise
• Use the Writing Center, faculty and peers for feedback BEFORE submission
